I want to plant my tomato plants today and want to know if organic soil is good for tomato plants. what is it a mixture of? what else should i mix it with?

To test this hypothesis accurately, the gardener could? a. plant seeds of a different kind of plant b. move the tomato plants to an area with less sunlight c. change the pH of the soil d. reduce the amount of water available to the plant

My flower beds are a vision of colors and foliage, but I have no luck with tomatoes. They produce a few flowers, set fruit, then sit there not growing or making new flowers or buds and the tomatoes that form stay small. Could the soil be too rich in organic matter or too water retentive?
