I am trying to find a recipe that does not have basil in it I just want to use spices only. Help please

I heard about them. a local garden center was selling them after I planted my regular plants. I saw them advertised on TV. Does anyone know anyone who planted them. Did the plants grow big and have good tasting tomatoes? I live in Southern New Jersey.

I have grown some pretty tall Tomato plants. And doing self pollination with them since there are no bees around to do that, which is successfully creating alot of tomatos on each of them. And nothing that’s a cheese sauce either (lactose intolerant) Just some sort of sauce that’s quick and easy to whip up that isn’t a tomato or cheese sauce.

I searched online but could only find recipes for green tomatoes. Thanks!
